"Palette" in the Park

Everyday Mister Jonathan Murdoch Smith walks into the office with very little in his hands but a lot of colour on his back. He always inspires me to look out side my little black, navy and burgundy box and try to make use of the colour that is available. The other day this look in particular really inspired me to snap and save his look for ensem-BLAH.

This is the third time Mister Murdoch Smith has appeared on ensem-BLAH. It is his attention to detail that makes me want to write about his look and show the men out there how not to be afraid of colour, detail and how to do it...afford ably.

The fitted jacket is by Zara paired with a Thomas Pink shirt. The forest green matches well with the dusty pink and white stripes of the shirt. Introducing some slightly seventies floral patterns with the use of an Eton tie and pocket-chief, this colour palette is overflowing.

Take a closer look...

The "forest" will not be the same without a wise owl to look over it. This little brooch courtesy of Etsy sits on his lapel catching the lighter colours around his neck and hidden in his pocket.

Mister Murdoch Smith you know that working colour is like a "Palette" in the Park for you.

xoxo
