Not many people can pull off a hat, and often there are a lot of people I want to pull the hat off. Chloe really works her ensemble under this forest green bowler hat from “Urban Outfitters“. The bohemian chic print of her maxi dress works really well with the colour of her main accessory, her hat. The dress could be mixed up with so many other garments.
